Chief Executive Officer
Vaseal has 30 years of service in the United States Army where some of her positions included; Chief Information Officer/Director of Information Management for the Army Surgeon General; Program Manager, Tri-Service Infrastructure Program Office; Chief Information Officer (CIO), North Atlantic Regional Medical Command; Chief Information Officer, Walter Reed Army Medical Center; Director Information Management, Womack Army Medical Center; CIO, Martin Army Community Hospital; and CIO, Gorgas Army Community Hospital.
Executive Vice President
Mike received his Bachelor's degree in Management from Park University, a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Washington, and was certified as a Healthcare Executive by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Chief Operating Officer
Ben has previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor. Subsequently, Ben managed an accounting and consulting firm. There, his primary focuses there were accounting and finance functions. Ben is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a BS in Accounting. He also has additional undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
VP Contracts & Finance
Winston has previously worked at another government contractor providing Contracts, Accounting, Finance, and Operations support for numerous projects, including multiple IDIQs, for agencies such as the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, and General Services Administration. Winston graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park with Bachelors’ of Science degrees in Accounting and International Business.
