The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is ten-year, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that supports the acquisition of end to end information technology (IT) professional services for all components of CMS and Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions.
